We the people believe that truth, being self-evident as displayed by God in His works and His Word that all men are created equal and are endowed by their creator with certain everlasting rights that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
We the people believe that our Constitutional Republic is founded on the acquiesce that human nature is innately malicious, corrupt and oppressive.
We the people believe in the original intent of our State and Federal Constitutions that prescribe limited government; representative government and enumerated powers.
Wethe people believe that government being instituted among men, derive their impartial powers from the consent of the governed.
We the people believe in advocating self-governance, civic participation and responsibility in order to uphold our Constitutional Republic.
We the people believe that our elected representatives and appointed Justices in government are accountable, answerable and responsible to the promise taken in upholding and defending our State and Federal Constitutions.
We the people believe in the restitution of the objective, original intent of law, as specified in our State and Federal Constitutions; simply understood, and applied in accurate means.
What is a Constitutional Republican?
A Constitutional Republican, is a citizen of the rule of law, being our United States Constitution, which protects the God given, self-evident, unchanging, natural rights of the individual as described in the Declaration of Independence.
The Declaration of Independence defines the equality of all mankind. The self–evident authenticity of natural rights being bestowed unto us by our Creator to certain unchanging rights, among them, life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness and the consent of those governed to be protected per the Constitution, thereby, protecting the individual’s natural rights.
A Constitutional Republican believes the citizens of the United States agree, through representation, to be governed by the instituted government and is solely dedicated to the protection of the individual’s natural rights.
Therefore, all governance, judicial review, policy making and legislation should be fashioned sensibly to the principles of the Declaration of Independence and the rule of law; the Constitution, that being the instrument by which an individual’s rights are protected. In believing in these truths, a Constitutional Republican may differentiate themselves from others who identify as “Republicans.”

History has shown that chaos and conflict follow when power originates in a person, a group of people or in a majority of people.
The Declaration of Independence:
"When in the course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

Raw power as demonstrated in nature can be extremely dangerous. Power must be safely bound and effectively distributed. The powers we distribute to government must be safely bound and effectively restricted by us individually .
In a Constitutional Republican government, power and control are not the same. Power is the strength of force to cause an effect. Control is a method of managing power.
Our founders created a method of controlling power known as a Constitutional Republican government. The Constitution guarantees this form of government. Article IV section IV, "The United States shall guarantee to every state in this union a Republican form of government."
We have been conditioned, as many societies in history to think that power originates in government which either consists of a king, an aristocracy, or a majority will of the people.
Our Founders believed that power originates outside of a king, an aristocracy or the majority will of the people, therefore, power originates outside of us as human beings. The Founders believed that power originates in the Laws of Nature and Natures God.
We have been conditioned to think that government power originates in government as if government were alive and organic. We refer to government as "them" or "they."
Our Founders referred to government as an "it."
Power is given to us by the Laws of Nature and Natures God. Each individual shares in the equality of our common human nature. This is what is meant by "E Pluribus Unum," that is, "Out of many, one," our original national motto signifying individuality, yet equal in humanity.
Therefore as "one" people have power given by God alone, rather than a government consisting of a king, an aristocracy or a majority of people.
With the power that the Laws of Nature and Natures God give us, we dispense that power by our consent to be governed. Political power is not given to government, but rather streams through it by our, we, the peoples consent.
Government starts with US! Individually, we distribute legislative power as we make rules and laws in our own homes. We collectively, elect representatives to make rules and laws with the sole purpose of protecting our nature rights. Individually, we have the executive power to protect and enforce the rules and laws we make in our won homes and then we collectively elect a Chief Executive to protect and enforce the rules and laws that protect our natural rights. Individually, we have the judicial power to interpret and apply right from wrong grounded on natural law in our own homes as collectively, judges are appointed to interpret and apply the rule of law in the protection of our natural rights.

Power is given by God to each individual who then collectively distributes power, politically, by consent, to representative legislation, executive protection and enforcement and judicial review and application in protecting an individuals natural rights.
Power, therefore, comes from God, not government.
As slavery was an evil abomination and needed to be eliminated, which the original Republican Party accomplished, so too, today, the evil abomination of abortion must be eliminated and that purpose cannot be compromised by Republicans.
No greater evidence of the deterioration of the party has become more evident in the last 40 years than the acquiesce on the part of progressive-neo-conservative Republicans on the genocide of abortion which is a national horror and the perpetrator of God’s righteous indignation on our Country.
Man’s first moral responsibility is to protect and respect the very life of his fellow man and that includes those helplessly placed in their mother’s wombs.
The Republican Party of the 21st century should be determined to fight and eliminate evil and injustice just as it was originally determined to do in the 19th century.
